REFUND POLICY

Digital Programs & Courses

No refunds are offered for digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, or pre-recorded programs.

 

Live Online Programs

Refunds are not provided once access to the program has been granted.
If you cannot attend a live series, you may request to transfer your registration to a future cohort (if available).

 

Facilitator Training Program

Tuition for the Women’s Breast Care Facilitator Training™ is non-refundable.
If you are unable to complete your training, you may request one of the following:

• Transfer to a future cohort (one-time courtesy)

• Apply for partial credit toward a different program

Approval is at the discretion of Natural Breast Wellness™.

 

Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

 

PROGRAM TERMS

These terms apply to all programs, classes, workshops, and online learning experiences offered by Natural Breast Wellness™.

 

Non-Medical Scope

All programs are educational only.
We do not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic services.

 

Participant Expectations

Participants agree to:

• Listen to their bodies and modify movements as needed

• Seek medical attention when appropriate

• Practice respectfully within their own physical limits

• Maintain the confidentiality of shared experiences in group programs

 

Access to Materials

Program materials (videos, PDFs, audios) are for personal use only.
You may not:

• Share your login

• Distribute materials

• Use them in your own teaching unless authorized

 

Right to Remove Participants

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Inappropriate conduct

• Misuse of educational materials

• Violations of these Terms

No refunds will be issued for such removals.

 

CERTIFICATION TERMS

These terms apply specifically to the Women’s Breast Care Facilitator Training™ and any certification programs offered by Natural Breast Wellness™.

 

Certification Scope

Certification recognizes completion of an educational, non-medical training.
It does not authorize:

• Clinical breast exams

• Medical advice

• Diagnosis or treatment

• Therapeutic services requiring licensure

 

Facilitator Role

Certified facilitators may:

• Lead educational breast wellness classes

• Teach gentle movement, breathwork, emotional ease practices

• Share non-medical self-care information

• Support community wellness

Facilitators may not:

• Represent themselves as medical professionals

• Offer medical or therapeutic breast care

• Perform clinical assessments

• Claim to treat or cure any condition

 

Certification Requirements

To receive certification, participants must:

• Attend required sessions

• Complete all modules

• Submit assignments (if applicable)

• Demonstrate understanding of program content

• Adhere to the code of conduct

 

Ongoing Use of Certification

Certification may be revoked if:

• The facilitator misrepresents the program

• Teaches outside the approved scope

• Uses materials without permission

• Violates ethical or professional guidelines

 

Use of the Program Name

Facilitators may state:
“Certified Women’s Breast Care Facilitator™”
They may not use the name for:

• Creating derivative training programs

• Commercial product sales

• Misleading marketing or medical claims
